It didn’t hurt my workout but didn’t enhance it either. It was only ok but that was it. I got through a heavy workout but urgency and energy wasn’t there for me. Label says it should be stronger but didn’t play out that way. Focus was ok and I kept moving to try to get it to kick. Had to add some Beta Alanine as 2 grams wouldnt have cut it. It wants to be hardcore but isn’t. Definitely expected more and I’d be hard pressed to believe that label is in any way accurate and if it is, they need to look into resourcing their ingredients
