I was not happy with this product at all! I have over the year used many different pre-workout supplements, as well as fat burners. I have a strong tolerance and dont have many negative reactions. However this supplement had me feeling nautious. I also began having cold sweats for multiple hours, as well as a headache. I only used this twice and have not taken any more since I began having the negative reactions. I would caution others when ordering this supplement.
