Good pre but not something I would take back to back. Seems to hit a bit inconsistent imo. Take some time in between scoops.

I love watching all you guy’s giving reviews on YouTube. First…. Nothing like Excelsior!!! 1 full scoop of fruit punch flavor did hit me around 15 minutes after taking it. You feel a nice head change not much energy but very focused. I was pretty tired after 2 hours when I’m usually hitting the gym for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I honestly don’t have all day energy on Phenta Plex. I have taken this more than one day at different doses. It’s good for the price but nothing can compare to Excelsior. My opinion. I do recommend this to anyone with a high stimulant tolerance. Not for beginners for sure. Hope this helps anyone thinking about buying this.
