    It taste like shit , don’t eat prior to because you will want to throw up but holy sh*y it works . I wanted to slap anyones mother and it definitely helped me push through a pr for my bench

    One of best pre workouts I've taken, definitely not for beginners. Awesome pumps and energy, makes you not want to leave gym. Best website to order from also best shipping
